paul_and_internets

I would like to thank Paul Dean for getting older.

Went down to London for his birthday party on Saturday and had a good time. It was awesome seeing some people again and meeting some new people.

There were also some people from the internet.

I keep thinking I should quit the internet recently, or at least all the social networking bits of it. The plan would be to stop using irc and facebook and stop reading blogs. I don’t think this will happen yet though.

Basically, when I am away from the internet, this seems like a good plan, but then when I get back to the internet I want to be able to talk to people. The problem is really that I have the internet at work and neither the self nor the external discipline to not communicate with it too much.
